I first discovered Spring Forest Qigong over 20 years ago and having experienced the profound harmony and health benefits of these simple yet powerful moving meditation techniques for myself, I was called to share this wonderful healing modality with others.
I qualified as a Certified Practice Group Leader in 2018 and continue to enjoy and benefit from a regular practice for over 20 years.
