Art For  Wellbeing

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

My passion and dedication to supporting children, young people and adults through the medium of Art began 30 years ago. Over this time I have accrued a wealth of experience in this field of work with a wide range of individuals of all ages, in both mental health and education settings.

Art for Wellbeing sessions provide a safe place to process challenging emotions and give expression to thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to put into words. It can help improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

The sessions can take place in a one-to-one setting or group. They may be offered in a range of settings including school, home, and day centres.

If you, your child, or young person are going through a difficult time, I can guide you to express your feelings in a positive way through creative activities tailored to your individual preferences and requirements.

Stand alone sessions are available, as well as a six session Art for Wellbeing Programme carried out over six weeks.
