If you find it difficult to sit still and quiet the mind, then this form of meditation can stop chatter happening in the mind in a way that a stationary meditation may not. 


Qi (Chi) means "energy" and Gong means "to work with" so simply put Qigong means working with the body's energy to achieve balance and restoration.

Developed by Qigong Master Chunyi Lin, Spring Forest Qigong is a revolutionary approach to the ancient Chinese teachings, revised and enhanced for the 21st century.

Just like traditional meditation techniques, a movement meditation can also reduce blood pressure, decrease stress, improve sleep, as well as helping you feel more centered emotionally, physically, and mentally.

I combine a set of powerful Qigong movements that feel instinctive, effortless, and even fun to activate your body’s natural healing ability, helping you to achieve a much deeper sense of calm, and relieve tension and stress. This is followed by a wonderful self-healing sitting meditation which can be carried out at home.

I also offer group sessions within the community, as well as individualised sessions via zoom, from the comfort of your home. Individual sessions are tailored to your personal requirements following a consultation call.

Experience a transformative 90-minute session, combining the powerful insights of an Astrology Consultation followed by the rejuvenating and soothing effects of a Movement Meditation session. 

1 hour Qi Gong and seated Meditation @ £60.00 per session

Follow-up sessions @ £50.00 per session

1 hour 30 minutes @ £150.00 - a powerful combination of Qi Gong paired with an Astrology Consultation

Group sessions @ £10 per person per 1 hr session

My QiGong Journey...

I first discovered Spring Forest Qigong over 20 years ago and having experienced the profound harmony and health benefits of these simple yet powerful moving meditation techniques for myself, I was called to share this wonderful healing modality with others.


Following years of practice and training, I qualified as a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader in 2019 and continue to enjoy and benefit from a personal regular practice for over 20 years.
